This project consisted of the construction of a drinking water storage tank. For this project, PROINTOR in the first phase carried out the mechanical and manual excavation and removal of approximately 1,350 cubic meters of material to reach the required level; in the same way, the rethinking and anchoring of the element’s reinforcing steel, shaping of gullies, chamfers, plate and walls. The casting process was carried out in two stages, the first was the monolithically fused plate with the pit and gullies together with the walls up to a height of 60 cm consuming a volume of 76 meters, commonly known as the elephant’s foot, in a second stage, 100% of the walls were fused in order to leave the fewest number of joints possible with a volume of 63 meters.

Once the walls had been fused and stripped, the structure was assembled and the plate tied
Finally, the element is waterproofed according to the specifications and requirements of the designer and owner of the project, resulting in this beautiful and functional concrete structure.
