Construction of pumping station in concrete

This project consisted of the construction of a submerged pumping station, also known as an ejector well. For this project, PROINTOR in the first phase carried out the mechanical and manual excavation and removal of approximately 850 cubic meters of depth to reach the required level; in the same way, the rethinking and anchoring of the reinforcing steel of the element. The casting process was carried out in two stages, the first one was the monolithically fused plate with the pit with a concrete volume of 24 meters, in a second stage 100% of the walls and the water passage gate were fused with the in order to leave the least number of joints possible with a total volume of 27 meters.

Finally, the element is waterproofed according to the specifications and requirements of the designer and owner of the project, resulting in this beautiful and functional concrete structure.
